The Voyager MKII is a mid-focused overdrive and preamp that builds upon the legendary tone of the original Voyager while adding a range of powerful new features inspired by classic Klon-style pedals. From subtle boost to rich overdrive, the Voyager MKII delivers exceptional clarity across its entire gain range.
At lower gain settings, it enhances your signal with added brightness and note definition. Increase the gain, and it transforms into a thick, harmonically rich overdrive that adds depth to chords while maintaining the articulation needed for lead playing.
A major addition to the MKII is a footswitchable parametric mid-frequency EQ. Unlike traditional three-knob overdrive pedals, the Voyager MKII offers precise midrange shaping with up to ±12 dB of boost or cut. The Freq control adjusts the center frequency anywhere from 250 Hz to 2 kHz, allowing you to tailor the pedal to virtually any guitar, pickup configuration, or playing style.
Further expand your tonal options with the built-in 5-way rotary clipping selector, offering five distinct clipping voices.
Clipping Modes
1. Classic Germanium
Classic 1N34A germanium diodes for the original Voyager tone with the most compressed response.
2. Germanium + Bass Boost
The classic germanium clipping with additional low-end response for a fuller sound.
3. Symmetrical Silicon
Symmetrical silicon clipping delivers a more open, dynamic response with increased headroom.
4. Asymmetrical Silicon
Less compression with an open, driven feel and enhanced dynamics.
5. Asymmetrical Silicon + Bass Boost
The most open clipping option, paired with additional bass response for maximum punch and fullness.
Each clipping mode offers its own unique character and can be further refined using the Mid and Frequency controls for an extensive range of overdrive tones.
