Software purchases are non-refundable and final.

📦 Return Requirements

• All items must be returned in their original, as-shipped condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
• A restocking fee may apply if the item shows signs of use or is missing components.
• Please contact us for return authorization before sending back your item.

📭 Shipping & Fees

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is not as described).
  
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
