Widely regarded as one of the most iconic and influential metal albums of all time, its breakneck rhythms, intricate arrangements, shifting time signatures, and blazing dual lead guitar lines showcased the band's mastery of their craft.

During the recording of the album Dave relied heavily on one guitar in particular, loaded with a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and 59 model in the neck. According to Dave, that JB had a tone that was different from an 'off-the-shelf' JB - and had become part of his signature sound.

We worked closely with Dave to recreate the tone and feel of his favorite JB, ultimately altering the winding process in order to achieve the tone he was looking for - compared to the standard JB model, the Thrash Factor's low end is tighter, the mids are slightly scooped, and the highs are more aggressive.

The set includes Dave's preferred neck pickup, the SH-1n 59 model, in matching matte finish.

The Dave Mustaine Signature Thrash Factor is hand built in Santa Barbara, California.

Includes Mojotone Pre-Wired Les Paul Harness

Pre Wired Les Paul Guitar Wiring Harness Long Shaft

At one point or another it is essential for any guitarist to upgrade or replace the electronics in their guitar Each component is just as important as the next which is why Mojotone has created a pre wired assembly with the highest quality components on the market

This is a standard Gibson Les Paul style kit with long shaft potentiometers It will fit most Les Paul copies and originals with thicker tops Use push on knobs only

This kit is ready to install and comes with Switchcraft toggle switch and pre wired output jack

Do not forget to check out our selection of knobs here and switch tips here

All of our wiring harnesses are proudly built in Burgaw NC

Included

4 CTS 500k vintage taper long shaft 7 percent tolerance potentiometers

1 Switchcraft short straight toggle switch

1 Switchcraft mono input jack

2 Mojotone Dijon .022 uF capacitor

1 ft bus wire

2 ft shielded 4 conductor wire

https://crazydavesmusic.com/products/seymour-duncan-dave-mustaine-thrash-factor-humbucker-pickup-set-black-with-mojotone-pre-wired-les-paul-harness
