Tonal Description
Inspired by the jagged red desert landscape of Monument Valley, the Monumental Tremolo is capable of blending between harmonic and standard tremolo to produce warm pulsating modulation. With combinations of stereo panning, rate, division, and wave shapes, everything from traditional tremolo to unique waveforms is available. In harmonic mode, a low pass and high pass version of your signal are modulated opposite of each other, creating a chewy, vintage style tremolo inspired by Fender Brownface amps.
Controls
Pan
Controls the stereo spread of the left and right channels. Counterclockwise is standard tremolo with both channels sharing the same LFO. Turning clockwise offsets the right LFO phase to introduce stereo spread. Fully clockwise gives maximum panning with the right channel 180 degrees out of phase from the left.
S-B-H
Blends between standard and harmonic tremolo. In standard, all frequencies are affected together. In harmonic, high and low frequencies rise and fall opposite each other.
Pro Tip
Blending between standard and harmonic with the Pan knob past zero creates polyrhythmic sounds.
Preset
Three onboard presets plus a live mode. Each preset saves and recalls all parameters. Press both footswitches simultaneously to cycle presets (Red, Green, Blue; White is live). Adjusting a control changes the bypass LED to purple, returning to the preset color once the knob matches the saved position. Hold both switches to save a preset. Live mode always reflects the current knob positions.
